These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shippdf.com and the ShipPDF prelaunch waitlist, operated by Codemore PLT ("ShipPDF", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
The service today
ShipPDF is in prelaunch. The website provides information about the product and lets you join a waitlist. The ShipPDF application is not yet generally available, and nothing here guarantees future availability, features, pricing or timelines.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you'd like to hear about ShipPDF and consent to us emailing you about launch and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@shippdf.com. Please provide an email address you're entitled to use.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, submit others' details without permission, or use it to break the law.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the ShipPDF name and marks belong to ShipPDF or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. As a prelaunch product, features and content may change or be removed at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipPDF is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
Changes
We may update these Terms as ShipPDF develops. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
